PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one Personal Training is our signature service. We have an amazing team of expert trainers who are degreed, certified and passionate career professionals. Our journeyman and women know their professions and know how to teach and keep things stimulating and FUN! No matter who you work with your first session will be an appropriate physical assessment to measure your ability. We assess so we don't have to guess! We look at your posture, core function, joint mobility/stability, strength and power tests, movement analysis and cardiovascular testing. After the initial assessment, we design your individualized 4-6 week movement and strength program based on our findings, your health history and your health and fitness goal/s. Our programs are designed to help you prevent injury, build strength, achieve your ideal weight, improve balance, improve joint stability and mobility, increase lean muscle mass, burn body fat and master your functional movement patterns.




 

MUSCLE ACTIVATION TECHNIQUES (MAT)

Muscle Activation Techniques™ is a specific and unique process for evaluating an individual’s ability to produce efficient muscle contraction. Loss of muscle contraction results in a decreased range of motion, and therefore decreased physical performance. MAT's proprietary range of motion testing can indicate which muscles have decreased contractibility and then precise forces are applied to restore that muscle’s efficiency. Our MAT™ Certified Specialist is trained and certified to perform several force application techniques that can restore function and strengthen weak muscles. In no time at all you will be performing your daily activities with ease, whether that means throwing 30 yard passes or walking up the stairs!


TPI GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM

 

Our level 3 certified TPI golf fitness instructor will implament the TPI assessment and program. It will evaluate upper/lower body flexibility, posture, core stability, balance, and golf specific mobility. Based on the results of the TPI screen, we will develop an individualized exercise program to address your physical limitations that may be affecting the golf swing and/or risk for injury. In addition our program will improve balance between joint mobility and stability required for the golf swing and as a result increase your muscle strength and muscle mass
